General Provisions<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.1. The online store <strong>geschaft.gmbh<\/strong> is operated by BASEIG S.A., with its registered office at ul. \u015awi\u0119ty Marcin 28\/41, 61-805 Pozna\u0144, Poland, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court Pozna\u0144 - Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Pozna\u0144, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under the KRS number 0001161462, NIP: 7831877465<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.2. The online store conducts sales of clothing and accessories via the Internet.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.3. <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These Terms and Conditions constitute an integral document governing the rules for using the store\u2019s offer at <strong>geschaft.gmbh.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p>1.4. These Terms and Conditions define in particular:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>rules for placing orders,<\/li>\r\n<li>rules for concluding sales contracts,<\/li>\r\n<li>payment and delivery terms,<\/li>\r\n<li>withdrawal rights,<\/li>\r\n<li>complaint procedures.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Orders<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.1. Orders in the <strong>geschaft.gmbh<\/strong> store can be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.2. To place an order, the Customer is required to fill out the order form.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.3. The store confirms the acceptance of the order electronically to the email address provided by the Customer.<\/p>\r\n<p>2.4. Placing an order constitutes the conclusion of a sales contract between the Customer and the Seller.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Prices and Currencies<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.1. Product prices are quoted in Polish Zloty, US Dollars, and Euro.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.2. Product prices include VAT.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.3. Prices do not include shipping costs, which are stated separately.<\/p>\r\n<p>3.4. The Store may apply discounts dependent on the order value, including discounts on delivery costs.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Payments<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.1. The <strong>geschaft.gmbh<\/strong> store offers the following payment methods:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through the Stripe payment gateway (<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">e.g.,<\/span> Cards, Apple Pay, G Pay),<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through the PayPal system.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.1. Products are delivered to the address specified by the Customer in the order form.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.2. Delivery costs are provided during the order placement process.<\/p>\r\n<p>5.3. Delivery costs may be subject to discounts depending on the order value, as indicated during the checkout process.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. Complaints<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.1. <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Customer<\/span> has the right to lodge complaints in the event of product defects.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.2. Complaints should be directed to the address: \"Stripe Pack\" Przyczyna Dolna 13, 67-400 Wschowa or electronically to the address: [shop@geschaft.gmbh].<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.3. The store undertakes to consider each complaint within 14 days.<\/p>\r\n<p>6.4. The Seller is liable for the conformity of goods with the contract for a period of 2 years from delivery.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7. Withdrawal from the Agreement<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.1. <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Customer<\/span> has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.2. A statement of withdrawal from the agreement should be sent to the correspondence address or electronically.<\/p>\r\n<p>7.3. The Customer shall return the goods no later than 14 days from withdrawal.<\/p>\r\n<p>7.4. The Customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.<\/p>\r\n<p>7.5. The refund will be made within 14 days from receiving the withdrawal notice and returned goods.<\/p>\r\n<p>7.6. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer.<\/p>\r\n<p>7.7. In case of discounts dependent on order value, partial returns may result in recalculation of such discounts. If conditions are no longer met, the discount will be deducted from the refund.<\/p>\r\n<p>7.8. Withdrawal notice<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>\r\n<p>In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer should submit a statement including at least the following information:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>numer zam\u00f3wienia, \u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>imi\u0119 i nazwisko,<\/li>\r\n<li>adres e-mail lub adres korespondencyjny,<\/li>\r\n<li>informacj\u0119 o odst\u0105pieniu od umowy,<\/li>\r\n<li>dat\u0119 otrzymania towaru.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p>The statement may be sent electronically to: shop@geschaft.gmbh. The statement should clearly express the intention to withdraw from the contract.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p class=\"p1\">7.9. The Customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. This applies in particular where the returned product:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>shows signs of use,<\/li>\r\n<li>is damaged,<\/li>\r\n<li>does not have original tags or security elements attached,<\/li>\r\n<li>is incomplete.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p class=\"p4\">In such cases, the Seller reserves the right to reduce the refund amount proportionally to the diminished value of the goods.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8. Final Provisions<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.1. Matters not regulated by these terms and conditions shall be governed by the provisions of the Civil Code and other legal acts applicable in the territory of the Republic of Poland.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.2. Disputes arising from the implementation of the sales agreement <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">resolved by the court having jurisdiction in accordance with <\/span>the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.3. In case of discrepancies between language versions, the Polish version shall prevail.<\/p>\r\n<p>8.4. Sklep internetowy prowadzi sprzeda\u017c odzie\u017cy oraz dodatk\u00f3w przez Internet.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.3. Niniejszy regulamin jest integralnym dokumentem reguluj\u0105cym zasady korzystania z oferty sklepu <strong><strong>geschaft.gmbh<\/strong><\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<p>1.4. Regulamin okre\u015bla w szczeg\u00f3lno\u015bci:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>zasady sk\u0142adania zam\u00f3wie\u0144,<\/li>\r\n<li>zasady zawierania um\u00f3w sprzeda\u017cy,<\/li>\r\n<li>zasady p\u0142atno\u015bci i dostawy,<\/li>\r\n<li>zasady odst\u0105pienia od umowy,<\/li>\r\n<li>zasady sk\u0142adania reklamacji.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Zam\u00f3wienia<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.1. Zam\u00f3wienia w sklepie <strong><strong>geschaft.gmbh<\/strong><\/strong> mo\u017cna sk\u0142ada\u0107 przez 24 godziny na dob\u0119, siedem dni w tygodniu.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.2. Aby z\u0142o\u017cy\u0107 zam\u00f3wienie, Klient jest zobowi\u0105zany do wype\u0142nienia formularza zam\u00f3wienia.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.3. Sklep potwierdza przyj\u0119cie zam\u00f3wienia drog\u0105 elektroniczn\u0105 na adres e-mail podany przez Klienta.<\/p>\r\n<p>2.4. Z\u0142o\u017cenie zam\u00f3wienia oznacza zawarcie umowy sprzeda\u017cy pomi\u0119dzy Klientem a Sprzedawc\u0105. Umowa sprzeda\u017cy zostaje zawarta z chwil\u0105 potwierdzenia przyj\u0119cia zam\u00f3wienia przez Sprzedawc\u0119 drog\u0105 elektroniczn\u0105.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Ceny i waluty<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.1. Ceny produkt\u00f3w s\u0105 podane w Polskich z\u0142otych, Dolarach Ameryka\u0144skich i Euro.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.2. Ceny produkt\u00f3w zawieraj\u0105 podatek VAT.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.3. Ceny nie uwzgl\u0119dniaj\u0105 koszt\u00f3w dostawy, kt\u00f3re s\u0105 podawane osobno.<\/p>\r\n<p>3.4. Sklep mo\u017ce stosowa\u0107 rabaty uzale\u017cnione od warto\u015bci zam\u00f3wienia, w tym rabaty na koszt dostawy.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. P\u0142atno\u015bci<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.1. Sklep <strong><strong>geschaft.gmbh<\/strong><\/strong> oferuje nast\u0119puj\u0105ce formy p\u0142atno\u015bci:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Przez bramk\u0119 p\u0142atnicz\u0105 Stripe (Carta p\u0142atnicza, Apple Pay, GPay, i inne),<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Przez system PayPal.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Dostawa<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.1. Produkty s\u0105 dostarczane na adres wskazany przez Klienta w formularzu zam\u00f3wienia.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.2. Koszty dostawy s\u0105 podawane podczas procesu sk\u0142adania zam\u00f3wienia.<\/p>\r\n<p>5.3. Koszt dostawy mo\u017ce zosta\u0107 obj\u0119ty rabatem uzale\u017cnionym od warto\u015bci zam\u00f3wienia, zgodnie z informacjami prezentowanymi w trakcie sk\u0142adania zam\u00f3wienia.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. Reklamacje<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.1. Klient ma prawo zg\u0142asza\u0107 reklamacje w przypadku wad towaru.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.2. Reklamacje nale\u017cy kierowa\u0107 na adres: \"Stripe Pack\" Przyczyna Dolna 13, 67-400 Wschowa lub drog\u0105 elektroniczn\u0105 na adres: [shop@geschaft.gmbh].<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.3. Sklep zobowi\u0105zuje si\u0119 rozpatrze\u0107 ka\u017cd\u0105 reklamacj\u0119 w terminie 14 dni.<\/p>\r\n<p>6.4. Sprzedawca ponosi odpowiedzialno\u015b\u0107 za zgodno\u015b\u0107 towaru z umow\u0105 przez okres 2 lat od jego dostarczenia.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7. Odst\u0105pienie od umowy<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.1. Klient ma prawo odst\u0105pi\u0107 od umowy zakupu w ci\u0105gu 14 dni od otrzymania towaru bez podania przyczyny.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.2. O\u015bwiadczenie o odst\u0105pieniu od umowy nale\u017cy przes\u0142a\u0107 na adres korespondencyjny lub drog\u0105 elektroniczn\u0105.<\/p>\r\n<p>7.3. Klient jest zobowi\u0105zany do zwrotu towaru nie p\u00f3\u017aniej ni\u017c w terminie 14 dni od dnia odst\u0105pienia od umowy.<\/p>\r\n<p>7.4. Klient ponosi bezpo\u015brednie koszty zwrotu towaru. Koszt ten zale\u017cy od wybranego przez Klienta przewo\u017anika.<\/p>\r\n<p>7.5. Zwrot p\u0142atno\u015bci nast\u0119puje nie p\u00f3\u017aniej ni\u017c w terminie 14 dni od otrzymania o\u015bwiadczenia o odst\u0105pieniu od umowy.<br \/>Sprzedawca mo\u017ce wstrzyma\u0107 si\u0119 ze zwrotem p\u0142atno\u015bci do momentu otrzymania towaru lub dostarczenia przez Klienta dowodu jego odes\u0142ania. Po otrzymaniu zwracanego towaru Sprzedawca dokonuje jego weryfikacji w zakresie stanu, kompletno\u015bci oraz ewentualnych \u015blad\u00f3w u\u017cytkowania. W przypadku stwierdzenia zmniejszenia warto\u015bci towaru, zwrot p\u0142atno\u015bci mo\u017ce zosta\u0107 odpowiednio pomniejszony.<\/p>\r\n<p>7.6. Zwrot p\u0142atno\u015bci dokonywany jest przy u\u017cyciu takiego samego sposobu p\u0142atno\u015bci, jakiego u\u017cy\u0142 Klient.<\/p>\r\n<p>7.7. W przypadku zastosowania rabatu uzale\u017cnionego od warto\u015bci zam\u00f3wienia, w razie cz\u0119\u015bciowego odst\u0105pienia od umowy Sprzedawca zastrzega sobie prawo do ponownego przeliczenia rabatu. Je\u015bli po zwrocie towar\u00f3w warunki przyznania rabatu nie s\u0105 spe\u0142nione, rabat zostaje uwzgl\u0119dniony w kwocie zwrotu.<\/p>\r\n<p>7.8. Zg\u0142oszenie odst\u0105pienia od umowy<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>w\u00a0celu skorzystania z prawa odst\u0105pienia od umowy Klient powinien przes\u0142a\u0107 o\u015bwiadczenie zawieraj\u0105ce co najmniej nast\u0119puj\u0105ce dane\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>numer zam\u00f3wienia, \u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>imi\u0119 i nazwisko,<\/li>\r\n<li>adres e-mail lub adres korespondencyjny,<\/li>\r\n<li>informacj\u0119 o odst\u0105pieniu od umowy,<\/li>\r\n<li>dat\u0119 otrzymania towaru.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p>O\u015bwiadczenie mo\u017ce zosta\u0107 przes\u0142ane drog\u0105 elektroniczn\u0105 na adres: shop@geschaft.gmbh. O\u015bwiadczenie powinno jednoznacznie wskazywa\u0107 wol\u0119 odst\u0105pienia od umowy.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>7.9. Klient odpowiada za zmniejszenie warto\u015bci towaru wynikaj\u0105ce z korzystania z niego w spos\u00f3b wykraczaj\u0105cy poza konieczny do stwierdzenia charakteru, cech i funkcjonowania towaru. W szczeg\u00f3lno\u015bci dotyczy to sytuacji, gdy zwracany produkt:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>nosi \u015blady u\u017cytkowania,<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00a0jest uszkodzony,<\/li>\r\n<li>nie posiada oryginalnych metek lub zabezpiecze\u0144,<\/li>\r\n<li>nie jest kompletny.<br \/><br \/>W takich przypadkach Sprzedawca zastrzega sobie prawo do odpowiedniego pomniejszenia kwoty zwrotu, proporcjonalnie do stwierdzonego zmniejszenia warto\u015bci towaru.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8. Postanowienia ko\u0144cowe<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.1. W sprawach nieuregulowanych niniejszym regulaminem maj\u0105 zastosowanie przepisy Kodeksu cywilnego oraz innych akt\u00f3w prawnych obowi\u0105zuj\u0105cych na terytorium Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.2. Spory wynikaj\u0105ce z realizacji umowy sprzeda\u017cy rozstrzygane b\u0119d\u0105 przez s\u0105d w\u0142a\u015bciwy wed\u0142ug przepis\u00f3w Kodeksu post\u0119powania cywilnego.<\/p>\r\n<p>8.3. W przypadku rozbie\u017cno\u015bci pomi\u0119dzy wersj\u0105 polsk\u0105 a angielsk\u0105, wi\u0105\u017c\u0105ca jest wersja polska.<\/p>\r\n<p>8.4.
