Orders are usually prepared for shipping within 1-4 business days, depending on the current order volume. During periods of increased sales, such as the launch of a new drop, processing time may extend to 3-7 business days. During peak periods, such as Christmas or Black Friday, it may take a little longer.

In-stock items are typically delivered to our customers within 3 to 7 days.

All pre-order items are processed according to the timeline provided on the respective product page in our online store. Once the pre-ordered items arrive at our warehouse, we will dispatch them as soon as possible. Any in-stock items included in your order will be shipped separately within our standard processing time, unless stated otherwise during checkout.

The shipping cost depends on the total weight of the package and the country of shipment. It’s automatically generated during the checkout. For orders meeting a specified value threshold, a delivery discount may be applied and shown as a separate line item during checkout.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes and additional fees. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities or the shipping carrier and are beyond our control. They are not collected by the store and are not refundable by the store.
