Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 1–4 days depending on the order load. In the event of an out-of-stock item, processing may take up 3–5 days. Please note that during peak seasons, such as Christmas or Black Friday, processing times may be slightly longer.

In-stock items are typically delivered to our customers within 3 to 5 days.

All pre-order items are processed according to the timeline provided on the specific product page in our online store. Once the pre-ordered items arrive at our warehouse, we will dispatch them immediately. Any currently in-stock items from your order will be shipped separately on the day the order is placed, unless stated otherwise during checkout.

The shipping cost depends on the total weight of the package and the country of shipment. It’s automatically generated during the checkout. For orders meeting a specified value threshold, a delivery discount may be applied and shown as a separate line item during checkout.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes and additional fees. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities or the shipping carrier and are beyond our control. They are not collected by the store and are not refundable by the store. By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges the possibility of additional import charges and agrees to bear responsibility for them. Customs regulations and fees may change over time.
