How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically prepared for shipment on the same day. In the event of an out-of-stock item, processing may take up to 2–3 days. Please note that during peak seasons, such as Christmas or Black Friday, processing times may be slightly longer.
When will my order be shipped, and how long will it take to arrive?
In-stock items are typically delivered to our customers within 1 to 3 days.
How are pre-orders processed and shipped?
All pre-order items are processed according to the timeline provided on the specific product page in our online store. Once the pre-ordered items arrive at our warehouse, we will dispatch them immediately. Any currently in-stock items from your order will be shipped separately on the day the order is placed.
What is shipping cost to my country?
The shipping cost depends on the total weight of the package and the country of shipment. It’s automatically generated during the checkout.
Do I need to pay clearance & service fees?
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import tax.
We are not liable for customs clearance & service fees as determined by the mail carrier or the destination country’s customs officials, and those fees are not a basis for a refund, as they aren’t something we’re able to control or reliably predict. By making an order the buyer acknowledges the possibility of additional fees upon import and agrees that those fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Do I need to pay customs duties for shipments to the USA?
Yes. For all parcels shipped on or after August 29, 2025, U.S. Customs will apply an import duty fee. This also applies to preorder items purchased earlier but shipped after that date.
Customs duties:
• Base duty currently set at 15%, but still nothing is set in stone, later on can be more or less
Duty connected charges that will apply:
• Disbursement fee (UPS): 2% of the customs amount covered by UPS (min. $14 USD)
• State sales tax: 0–8.5% depending on the state
Additional pssible charges (applied only in specific cases):
• Payment handling fee: $12 USD if duties are paid by cash or traditional bank transfer instead of UPS online payment
• Storage fees if duties are not paid on time:
• First 2 days free
• From day 3: $25 + $0.05/lb per day
• From day 7: $25 + $0.10/lb per day
• From day 15: transfer to General Order warehouse (extra fees, risk of confiscation after 6 months)
⚠️ Important: Payment of customs duties rests entirely with the buyer. These fees are not included at checkout and must be paid directly upon delivery. If the buyer refuses to pay and the parcel is returned, all return and storage costs will be deducted from the order value before any refund is processed.
Please note: If your order ships after Aug 29, U.S. Customs will add a duty fee. Some U.S. states may also add their own local duties or sales taxes on top of federal customs fees.
What is the estimated delivery time?
We are based in Poland (Europe). Estimated delivery times are as follows:

- Europe (Mainland) via UPS: 2–4 business days
- Europe (Islands) via Poczta Polska: 3–4 weeks
- UK & Ireland via UPS: 5–6 business days
- USA via UPS: 7–10 business days
- Canada via Poczta Polska: 4–7 weeks
- Mexico & South America via Poczta Polska: 4–5 weeks
- Russia: Shipping unavailable
- Asia via Poczta Polska: 2–4 weeks
- Africa via Poczta Polska: 2–4 weeks
- Australia via Poczta Polska: 4–7 weeks
Will I get tracking number?
All packages have tracking numbers that we email you once we will ship the parcels. It works fine for domestic shipping but it’s not always working for worldwide shipping.
Unfortunately as for USA and Canada the tracking does not work – once the package arrives in these countries the tracking is no longer updated – the package gets a new tracking number from the local post office but they don’t notify the sender (nor recipient) about it. So there’s no way to check where the package is and when it will arrive. Trust me – it frustrates us too. Please contact us when the parcel will not arrive within 7 weeks.
Is my parcel safe from transit damage?
We take great care to pack all our items securely to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
• Apparel items (such as T-shirts, hoodies, and trousers) are folded and packed in durable, moisture-resistant shipping bags or boxes, depending on the order size and contents.
Despite our best efforts, once a parcel is handed over to the shipping carrier, we have no control over how it is handled. While transit damage is rare, we recommend inspecting your package upon delivery and contacting us with photos if any item arrives damaged – we’ll do our best to help.
What can I do when there's something wrong with my package?
If something seems wrong with your package — whether it’s damaged, incomplete, or an item is incorrect — don’t worry, we’ve got your back.
Here’s what to do:
1. Take clear photos of:
• the packaging (outside and inside),
• the shipping label,
• and the item(s) in question.
2. Contact us by replaing to order confirmation or via our contact form as soon as possible (preferably within 7 days of receiving the package). Please include:
• your order number,
• a brief description of the issue,
• and the photos.
3. We’ll investigate the issue on our side, and if necessary, contact the carrier to check what went wrong during transit.
4. Based on what we find, we’ll offer you a suitable solution — whether it’s a replacement, refund, or partial refund, depending on the issue.

What is your return and exchange policy?
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at shop@geschaft.gmbh within 14 days of receiving your order. In your message, please include your order number and details of your request.
Exchanges (different size)
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size:
1. send us an email including:
- your order number
- the size you would like to exchange for
2. in response, you will receive the return address and instructions for paying the reshipping cost
3. The exchanged products should be shipped without undue delay, no later than within 7 days from the submission of the statement.
Once we receive your package:
1. we verify the condition of the product (no damage or signs of wear)
2. we check if the tag and label are still attached
After successful verification, we will send the new size.
Exchange conditions:
1. the product must show no signs of use
2. the tag and label must still be attached
3. payment for reshipping is required (even if the original shipping was free – details will be provided via email)

Returns
After submitting your return request:
1. send the product back to the address provided by us
2. Returned products should be shipped without undue delay, no later than within 7 days from the submission of the statement.
Return conditions:
1. the product must show no signs of use
2. the tag and label must still be attached
Refund policy:
1. if you return part of your order and the value of the kept items falls below 150 PLN, the refund will be reduced by the shipping cost
2. if you return the entire order, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund (even if the original shipping was free)

If an order is not collected and is returned to us:
1. you can choose between reshipping or a refund
In both cases, the following fees apply:
1. return shipping cost + reshipping cost (equivalent to double shipping fees)
2. for reshipping – you will need to cover these costs
3. for refunds – the refund amount will be reduced by these costs
