TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE geschaft.gmbh ONLINE STORE

1. General Provisions

1.1. The online store geschaft.gmbh is operated by BASEIG S.A., with its registered office at ul. Święty Marcin 28/41, 61-805 Poznań, Poland registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court Poznań - Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under the KRS number 0001161462, NIP: 7831877465

1.2. The online store conducts sales of clothing and accessories via the Internet.

1.3. This set of terms and conditions is an integral document governing the rules for using the store's offer at geschaft.gmbh.

2. Orders

2.1. Orders at the geschaft.gmbh store can be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

2.2. To place an order, the Customer is required to fill out the order form.

2.3. The store confirms the acceptance of the order electronically to the email address provided by the Customer.

3. Prices and Currencies

3.1. Product prices are quoted in Polish Zloty, US Dollars, and Euro.

3.2. Product prices include VAT.

3.3. Prices do not include shipping costs, which are stated separately.

4. Payments

4.1. The geschaft.gmbh store offers the following payment methods:

Through the Stripe payment gateway (eg. Cards, Apple Pay, G Pay),

Through the PayPal system.

5. Delivery

5.1. Products are delivered to the address specified by the Customer in the order form.

5.2. Delivery costs are provided during the order placement process.

6. Complaints

6.1. The customer has the right to lodge complaints in the event of product defects.

7. Withdrawal from the Agreement

7.2. A statement of withdrawal from the agreement should be sent to the correspondence address or electronically.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. Matters not regulated by these terms and conditions shall be governed by the provisions of the Civil Code and other legal acts applicable in the territory of the Republic of Poland.

8.2. Disputes arising from the implementation of the sales agreement will be resolved by the court appropriate according to the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure.

1.2. Sklep internetowy prowadzi sprzedaż odzieży oraz dodatków przez Internet.

1.3. Niniejszy regulamin jest integralnym dokumentem regulującym zasady korzystania z oferty sklepu geschaft.gmbh.

2. Zamówienia

2.1. Zamówienia w sklepie geschaft.gmbh można składać przez 24 godziny na dobę, siedem dni w tygodniu.

2.2. Aby złożyć zamówienie, Klient jest zobowiązany do wypełnienia formularza zamówienia.

2.3. Sklep potwierdza przyjęcie zamówienia drogą elektroniczną na adres e-mail podany przez Klienta.

3. Ceny i waluty

3.1. Ceny produktów są podane w Polskich złotych, Dolarach Amerykańskich i Euro.

3.2. Ceny produktów zawierają podatek VAT.

3.3. Ceny nie uwzględniają kosztów dostawy, które są podawane osobno.

4. Płatności

4.1. Sklep geschaft.gmbh oferuje następujące formy płatności:

Przez bramkę płatniczą Stripe (Carta płatnicza, Apple Pay, GPay, i inne),

Przez system PayPal.

5. Dostawa

5.1. Produkty są dostarczane na adres wskazany przez Klienta w formularzu zamówienia.

5.2. Koszty dostawy są podawane podczas procesu składania zamówienia.

6. Reklamacje

6.1. Klient ma prawo zgłaszać reklamacje w przypadku wad towaru.

8. Postanowienia końcowe
