1. General Provisions

1.2. The online store conducts sales of clothing and accessories via the Internet.
1.3. These Terms and Conditions constitute an integral document governing the rules for using the store’s offer at geschaft.gmbh.

2.1. Orders in the geschaft.gmbh store can be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
2.2. To place an order, the Customer is required to fill out the order form.
2.3. The store confirms the acceptance of the order electronically to the email address provided by the Customer.
2.4. Placing an order constitutes the conclusion of a sales contract between the Customer and the Seller.
3. Prices and Currencies
3.1. Product prices are quoted in Polish Zloty, US Dollars, and Euro.
3.2. Product prices include VAT.
3.3. Prices do not include shipping costs, which are stated separately.
3.4. The Store may apply discounts dependent on the order value, including discounts on delivery costs.
4. Payments
4.1. The geschaft.gmbh store offers the following payment methods:
Through the Stripe payment gateway (e.g., Cards, Apple Pay, G Pay),
Through the PayPal system.
5. Delivery
5.1. Products are delivered to the address specified by the Customer in the order form.
5.2. Delivery costs are provided during the order placement process.
5.3. Delivery costs may be subject to discounts depending on the order value, as indicated during the checkout process.
6. Complaints
6.1. Customer has the right to lodge complaints in the event of product defects.

6.3. The store undertakes to consider each complaint within 14 days.
6.4. The Seller is liable for the conformity of goods with the contract for a period of 2 years from delivery.
7. Withdrawal from the Agreement
7.1. Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.
7.2. A statement of withdrawal from the agreement should be sent to the correspondence address or electronically.
7.3. The Customer shall return the goods no later than 14 days from withdrawal.
7.4. The Customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
7.5. The refund will be made within 14 days from receiving the withdrawal notice and returned goods.
7.6. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer.
7.7. In case of discounts dependent on order value, partial returns may result in recalculation of such discounts. If conditions are no longer met, the discount will be deducted from the refund.
7.8. Withdrawal notice
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer should submit a statement including at least the following information:

7.9. The Customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. This applies in particular where the returned product:

8. Final Provisions
8.1. Matters not regulated by these terms and conditions shall be governed by the provisions of the Civil Code and other legal acts applicable in the territory of the Republic of Poland.
8.2. Disputes arising from the implementation of the sales agreement resolved by the court having jurisdiction in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure.
8.3. In case of discrepancies between language versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
8.4. Contracts concluded via the Store are governed by Polish law.

2.1. Zamówienia w sklepie geschaft.gmbh można składać przez 24 godziny na dobę, siedem dni w tygodniu.
2.2. Aby złożyć zamówienie, Klient jest zobowiązany do wypełnienia formularza zamówienia.
2.3. Sklep potwierdza przyjęcie zamówienia drogą elektroniczną na adres e-mail podany przez Klienta.
2.4. Złożenie zamówienia oznacza zawarcie umowy sprzedaży pomiędzy Klientem a Sprzedawcą. Umowa sprzedaży zostaje zawarta z chwilą potwierdzenia przyjęcia zamówienia przez Sprzedawcę drogą elektroniczną.
3. Ceny i waluty
3.1. Ceny produktów są podane w Polskich złotych, Dolarach Amerykańskich i Euro.
3.2. Ceny produktów zawierają podatek VAT.
3.3. Ceny nie uwzględniają kosztów dostawy, które są podawane osobno.
3.4. Sklep może stosować rabaty uzależnione od wartości zamówienia, w tym rabaty na koszt dostawy.
4. Płatności
4.1. Sklep geschaft.gmbh oferuje następujące formy płatności:
Przez bramkę płatniczą Stripe (Carta płatnicza, Apple Pay, GPay, i inne),
Przez system PayPal.
5. Dostawa
5.1. Produkty są dostarczane na adres wskazany przez Klienta w formularzu zamówienia.
5.2. Koszty dostawy są podawane podczas procesu składania zamówienia.
5.3. Koszt dostawy może zostać objęty rabatem uzależnionym od wartości zamówienia, zgodnie z informacjami prezentowanymi w trakcie składania zamówienia.
6. Reklamacje
6.1. Klient ma prawo zgłaszać reklamacje w przypadku wad towaru.

7. Odstąpienie od umowy
7.1. Klient ma prawo odstąpić od umowy zakupu w ciągu 14 dni od otrzymania towaru bez podania przyczyny.
7.2. Oświadczenie o odstąpieniu od umowy należy przesłać na adres korespondencyjny lub drogą elektroniczną.
7.3. Klient jest zobowiązany do zwrotu towaru nie później niż w terminie 14 dni od dnia odstąpienia od umowy.
7.4. Klient ponosi bezpośrednie koszty zwrotu towaru. Koszt ten zależy od wybranego przez Klienta przewoźnika.
7.5. Zwrot płatności następuje nie później niż w terminie 14 dni od otrzymania oświadczenia o odstąpieniu od umowy.
Sprzedawca może wstrzymać się ze zwrotem płatności do momentu otrzymania towaru lub dostarczenia przez Klienta dowodu jego odesłania. Po otrzymaniu zwracanego towaru Sprzedawca dokonuje jego weryfikacji w zakresie stanu, kompletności oraz ewentualnych śladów użytkowania. W przypadku stwierdzenia zmniejszenia wartości towaru, zwrot płatności może zostać odpowiednio pomniejszony.
7.6. Zwrot płatności dokonywany jest przy użyciu takiego samego sposobu płatności, jakiego użył Klient.
7.7. W przypadku zastosowania rabatu uzależnionego od wartości zamówienia, w razie częściowego odstąpienia od umowy Sprzedawca zastrzega sobie prawo do ponownego przeliczenia rabatu. Jeśli po zwrocie towarów warunki przyznania rabatu nie są spełnione, rabat zostaje uwzględniony w kwocie zwrotu.
7.8. Zgłoszenie odstąpienia od umowy
Oświadczenie może zostać przesłane drogą elektroniczną na adres: shop@geschaft.gmbh. Oświadczenie powinno jednoznacznie wskazywać wolę odstąpienia od umowy.
7.9. Klient odpowiada za zmniejszenie wartości towaru wynikające z korzystania z niego w sposób wykraczający poza konieczny do stwierdzenia charakteru, cech i funkcjonowania towaru. W szczególności dotyczy to sytuacji, gdy zwracany produkt:

8.1. W sprawach nieuregulowanych niniejszym regulaminem mają zastosowanie przepisy Kodeksu cywilnego oraz innych aktów prawnych obowiązujących na terytorium Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej.
8.2. Spory wynikające z realizacji umowy sprzedaży rozstrzygane będą przez sąd właściwy według przepisów Kodeksu postępowania cywilnego.
8.3. W przypadku rozbieżności pomiędzy wersją polską a angielską, wiążąca jest wersja polska.
8.4. Umowy zawierane za pośrednictwem sklepu podlegają prawu polskiemu.
